It was Dad's birthday on the 1st. I have been
wanting to Post about him all month. I just had a hard
time doing it. (And then trying to get the pictures scanned right
was a joke. I gave up trying to get it right. Can you tell?)

My Dad was my rock! He was always there anytime I needed him.
He was always full of advice even when I did not want it!!
He was usually right! I miss him more then
ever right now as I make these big changes in my life.
I can feel him watching over me and I know that
he is proud of me and stills loves me from the heavens!

I miss you and love him more then any words can express!

Check in was at 6am

So we were all up early and at Primary by 6am.. By 7:30 we were told that surgery would need to be postponed due to a little "bug" that my Bug has in his system. The Doctors want him to be 100% healthy..So we will wait a few weeks and try again. Thanks for all the support.. We will need it again soon..

Tomorrow is the Big Day

Bryson has his Open Heart Surgery tomorrow.. Please keep my "little bug" and all his family in your thoughts and prayers. For updates through out the day you can go to www.quinneyfamily.blogspot.com. I will be with them in the waiting room tomorrow waiting for my Buggie to come out. He is tough as nails and he has his Grammy Marcia and Papa bud watching over him as well.

Week of Sports

First game of the week was Preston and his Lyman Eagles up in Evanston WY. I was glad that I cold make a quick trip up to see him play. Man can this boy Tackle! They won their game by alot! I was not a very good picture taker because I don't think Preston is in any of this pictures. Not that I was not trying the boy is just Lighting Fast!

Next was Nikki and her team the Thunder Bolts. They won like 10 to nothing. No one was sure of the final score..To many goals! One in which was scored by Nikki, one that she assisted with by passing and she defended their goal as goalie..Go Nikki!

Then the last game was Chase and the Layton Colts. They played Kaysville. Both teams were undefeated going into this game... Layton suffered some bad calls and ended losing the game. But have no fear they are still headed for the playoffs! Chase plays defensive end and is the guy that keeps the Big D in line. Take a look at the back of Chases helmet. Those stickers represent how many tackles Chase has got so far this year! Chase is the man and does a great job!

I am grateful to live close enough to be able to enjoy watching their sports.. I wish I could watch all the kids play in their sports. But I take what I can get.!!

I am Getting the TownHouse

So I accepted their counter offer last night and bought myself this cute place! I am so nervous, excited, sad all in the same breath!. But I know it is a good thing for me and am excited to start the next chapter in my life! ( I think by now I am on book 3) Anyway if all goes as planned I will close on October 15th!... WOO HOO!!!!!

This townhouse is in Clearfield not far from where I am now.

Though I would like to move closer to Salt Lake for work , I want to

stay close by the family I do have here. It is right down the street from the

Front Runner train so getting back and forth to SL will be a breeze.

So I will keep you posted on if they accept my offer.

Scott is working on that part for me so wish me luck!

With everything that has been going on in my world lately this really stood out when I saw it.

Who Would Have Thought

Who would have thought I could only last one day without the Internet. Very sad!
I had my home phone and Internet turned off on Friday. I figured that I really only needed my cell phone and not a land line. Well the Internet is connected to that line as well. So figured I could go without the Internet until I move. (which I don't know when will happen). Well that is so not the case. I was a wreck Friday night not being able to check blogs and e-mail. So Saturday I went straight to Sprint and got wireless so I could use my laptop as well. I just got it all set up today. (Sunday) So I guess really I went 2 days.. I have checked e-mail and blogs and feel better having done so... So now I can take a nap, knowing all is well in the blog world! I need the nap because I had the sunbeams today at church..Enough said right?
